Meetings are held throughout the state based on need and hosting volunteers.  In an effort to maintain orderly, productive meetings, the association employs "Robert's Rules of Order:Newly Revised" (10th Edition) by Henry M. Robert, William J. Evans, Daniel H. Honemann, and Thomas J. Balch (Nov. 10, 2000).  Robert's Rules are the most renowned parliamentarian guidelines with a proven history of efficiency.  They are currently maintained through a continuing program established by General Robert himself in 1876.
